Oslo, 06 November. On October 31 Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA (“Cloudberry”) announced its decision to initiate a share buy-back programme.
- The duration of the buy-back programme: 31 October 2023 until 31 December 2023 at the latest.
- Size of the buy-back programme: Up to 3,000,000 shares, with a maximum total consideration of NOK 43,800,000.
- During week 44 2023, Cloudberry purchased 263,100 own shares at an average price of NOK 10.7886 per share.

Following the completion of the above transactions, Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA owns a total of 263,100 own shares, corresponding to 0.1% of the Company's share capital.
