Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

Attached is the notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting, which includes an attendance and proxy form.

Due to the situation related to the coronavirus, shareholders are encouraged to give the chairperson an authorization to vote for their shares and refrain from attending in person. The completed proxy form must be returned to Cloudberry by 8 September 2020 at 12:00 (CEST).

Shareholders who wish to participate in person must return the registration form attached to the notice within the same deadline.
