Nessakraft and Bjørgelva hydropower plants have commenced operation

We are happy to inform that the hydropower plants Nessakraft (in Balestrand municipality with an expected annual production of 34 GWh) and Bjørgelva (Sørreisa municipality with an expected annual production of 7,5 GWh) have during the last two weeks commenced operation, and furthermore delivered their first production into the grid.

Annual production from the hydropower plants equals the consumption of apprx. 16,500 electric cars. Both projects have been delivered on time by Tinfos AS, and will formally be handed over to us after the commissioning period. The hydropower plants will continue to deliver renewable energy for the rest of this century, and beyond.
