Minutes from the Annual General Meeting and appointment of new board member

In accordance with the proposal from the Nomination Committee, Mads Andersen was elected as a new board member, replacing Stefanie Witte. After this, the Board of Directors consists of:

The Board is elected until the Annual General Meeting to be held in 2025.
