Exercising the option of aqusition of the shares in Odal Vind AS

Cloudberry has today exercised the option to increase its shareholding from 15% to 33.4% in Odal windfarm. “This strategic acquisition is important to Cloudberry, and we are pleased to have exercised the option in accordance with the share purchase agreement”, says Anders Lenborg, CEO of Cloudberry.

The Odal windfarm is currently under construction in Innlandet, Norway and will be in full operation during first half 2022. The windfarm is developed together with experienced and local partners KLP and Akershus Energi.
