Give your input to the Nomination Committee

Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA

The Nomination Committee in Cloudberry proposes new board members to the General Meeting, and asks for input and relevant proposals of candidates.

Proposals must be in writing and substantiated, and may be sent by email to contact@cloudberry.no. Submitted input must be sent by 31 January 2022.

The Nomination Committee's recommendation will be published 3 weeks before the Annual General Meeting on 28 April 2022.

The Nomination Committee consists of Morten Bergesen (chairman), Kim Wahl and Henrik Lund.
